The Challenge

  1. DEVELOPING USER EMPATHY

    01

    DEVELOPING USER EMPATHY

Our design and engineering team involved end users of Frontline vehicles in the design process. Paramedics from every station around New Zealand provided design feedback resulting in 18 major design changes from the initial three prototype vehicles.

  2. SERVICEABILITY

    02

    SERVICEABILITY

Hygiene, reliability and durability are key challenges we overcame when designing and manufacturing Frontline vehicles. We ensures the design and manufacturing methods are appropriate and robust to endure the unique environment these vehicles endure resulting in less off-road time and future cost savings.

  3. CONTINUOUS DEVELOPMENT

    03

    CONTINUOUS DEVELOPMENT

Three prototype Frontline vehicles were designed, built and tested country-wide for the sole purpose of isolating any design issues which could benefit from development. Constant analysis and development of the vehicle’s design ensures optimum performance and usability for both paramedics and patients.
